OFFICIAL RULES

"NCIS" OFFICIAL TV SOUNDTRACK SPECIAL AGENT CONTEST ("CONTEST")

Presenting Sponsor: CBS RECORDS INC. ("CBS RECORDS").

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. THIS CONTEST IS ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD, AND IS VOID IN ALL OTHER JURISDICTIONS AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY FEDERAL, STATE, MUNICIPAL OR LOCAL LAW.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older on the day before the Contest begins. CONTEST IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these Official Contest Rules. The following persons are excluded from participation in this Contest: Employees and immediate family members of CBS RECORDS, CBS BROADCASTING INC., RED DISTRIBUTION, LLC, SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, assigns, advertising, promotional and fulfillment agents, attorneys, accountants, other representatives and the persons with whom each of the above are domiciled. For purpose of the foregoing "immediate family members" means parents, spouses, children, siblings or any persons living in the same household of such employees.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit http://ncismusic.com during the Contest Period and follow the instructions to enter.

All entries and submitted photos become the property of the CBS RECORDS and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entrant information, including e-mail addresses, is subject to the CBS RECORDS Privacy Policy.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00:00 A.M. ET on May 12th, 2009 and ends at 11:59:00 P.M. ET on May 18th, 2009 ("Contest Period"). All On-line Entries must be received no later than 11:59:00 P.M. ET on May 18^th, 2009.

CBS RECORDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER OR AMEND THESE RULES AT ANY TIME WHICH WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE UPON ANNOUNCEMENT; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THE GRAND PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Each entrant in the Contest must be the rightful owner of, or have authorized use of, the email account indicated by the entrant's email address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. No mechanically reproduced entries or facsimiles will be accepted. CBS RECORDS is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, technical failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest or for any undelivered, deleted, lost, late, illegible, misdirected, incomplete, mutilated or postage-due entries. CBS RECORDS reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is responsible for or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event the Contest website (http://ncismusic.com) becomes infected by computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. Entries and submitted photos become the property of CBS RECORDS and will not be returned.

PRIZES: One grand prize winner will win transportation, accommodations and a visit to the NCIS set (the Grand Prize). The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,500.00. Thirteen (13) runners-up will receive a limited-edition "NCIS" OFFICIAL TV SOUNDTRACK T-SHIRT. The approximate retail value of the t-shirt is $25.00. NO CASH WILL BE AWARDED. PRIZES MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH. CBS RECORDS reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the prizes depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION: To participate in this Contest, entrants must have a social networking account (e.g., Facebook, MySpace, Bebo, Friendster, hi5, Orkut, etc.) and change their profile picture to an image of them holding a copy of NCIS: The Official TV Soundtrack. The new profile picture must be in place by May 11^th, 2009, and remain in place until 11:59 PM EST on May 18^th, 2009 in order to remain eligible to win and to avoid disqualification. Beginning May 12^th, 2009 and ending on May 19^th, 2009, we will select two (2) profile pictures each day from across all social networks and feature their pictures on ncismusic.com. Each day from May 12^th, 2009 through May 19^th, 2009, two (2) eligible profile pictures will be selected at random from social networking sites. The Grand Prize winner will be determined on the basis of a random drawing from the pool of fourteen (14) eligible profile pictures. The thirteen (13) runners-up will receive a NCIS Official TV Soundtrack T-shirt. The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on or about May 20^th, 2009, and announced on ncismusic.com on or about May 21^st, 2009. All winner selection procedures shall be conducted by CBS RECORDS whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the Contest.

NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via email or telephone. If contact information is incorrect, winners will be automatically disqualified. Winners must respond to said notification by 10am ET on May 25^th, 2009, or the prize will be forfeited. The name of the prize winners may be obtained after May 27^th, 2009, and before June 27^th, 2009, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Name of Contest Winner, CBS Records Inc., 7800 Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90036. Limit one prize per household, per email address or per person per three hundred sixty five (365) day period. Prizes are nontransferable. No prize substitutions allowed.

GENERAL: By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules, including all eligibility requirements. By entering this Contest, participant consents to CBS RECORDS' use of participant's name, likeness and/or photo submission for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, entrants agree: (1) to be bound by these official rules; (2) that the decisions of CBS RECORDS are final in all matters pertaining to the Contest; and (3) to release and hold harmless CBS RECORDS, its parent company, subsidiaries, representatives, CBS RECORDS affiliates, directors, officers, employees and consultants from any and all liability, injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from their participation or their acceptance and use of any prize. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from CBS RECORDS. CBS RECORDS is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prizes. Any dispute arising from this Contest will be determined in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to California's conflict of laws principles, and the entrants and winners hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction by the State and Federal Courts located in the County of Los Angeles and do hereby specifically waive any personal jurisdiction defense that they may have to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in the County of Los Angeles over all such persons and such disputes relating to this Contest.

Any personal information that you provide in entering this contest is done on a voluntary basis. This information may be used to provide you with information on CBS RECORDS, the program NCIS, program sponsors, this Contest, and any special offers. As part of this process, your information may be provided to program sponsors who may communicate directly with you.

RELEASE: Potential winners may be required to sign and return to CBS RECORDS an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability (the "Affidavit"), as well as a materials and/or likeness release in connection with the photo submitted (Release), and, if the Affidavit and Release are not returned within fifteen (15) days of notification, the potential winner may be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be chosen. By registering for the Contest or accepting a prize, participants release CBS RECORDS, its subsidiaries, representatives, CBS RECORDS affiliates, directors, officers, employees, advisors, attorneys and consultants from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever and for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prizes, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity. By registering for the Contest, participants agree to the use of their name, city and state of residence and/or photograph, videotape or any likeness for advertising or publicity purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to participant relating to CBS RECORDS, and any and all rights to said use, without further compensation.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: CBS RECORDS is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at http://ncismusic.com). If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of CBS RECORDS which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, CBS RECORDS reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. CBS RECORDS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or website or violates the Official Rules of the Contest. By use of this website and by entering the Contest, entrant agrees to the CBS RECORDS’ Web Site Terms of Use Agreement and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at: http://www.cbsrecords.com/privacy.shtml. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CBS RECORDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS' FEES, COURT COSTS AND EXPENSES).
