This Boston-based musician was named one of that city’s best in
2006, earning a Boston Music Award as Best Male Singer/Songwriter
and signaling what local audiences and a growing legion of fans
nationwide had been discovering:
That Will Dailey was a vital and important new voice in
music, armed with a wealth of memorable songs and a distinctive
sound. The past few
years have seen Dailey building on the promise of his first two
album releases – Goodbye Red
Bullet and Back Flipping
Forward – through a series of cross country tours, national TV
appearances (an on-camera performance on
CSI:NY,
CBS Early Show),
high-profile concerts (Farm Aid in 2008) and preparation for an
ambitious series of recording projects scheduled throughout 2009.
Dailey has also become a favorite of music supervisors, with nearly
every song from Back Flipping
Forward having been used prominently in network television shows
over the past two years.
His new digital release –
Torrent Volume 1:
Fashion Of Distraction – will be available online January
20, 2009, followed by Volume 2 in the Torrent series and a combined
physical release of the first two Torrent volumes on March 17, 2009.
“Tomorrow Still Comes” is a brand new recording from Will Dailey,
and will be featured in a forthcoming Season 6 episode of
NCIS.
